What It Means: Federal prosecutors accuse Ross of giving cocaine and Adderall to his former campaign manager and telling him to plant the drugs on primary opponent Louise Secker.
Ross won the Republican primary for Missouri House District 161, but later dropped out of the race.
Secker has since replaced him as the Republican nominee.
