A now former Greene County Sheriff’s Patrol Deputy is charged with sexual misconduct for exposing himself inside a Dollar Tree store in Springfield.
Online court documents say Jessy Snow followed a woman, who he did not know, around the store while “touching himself”.
Sheriff Arnott says Snow contacted his supervisor on Sunday, saying the incident was a “misunderstanding”. Two days later, the Sheriff says Snow resigned from his position and is refusing to cooperate with an internal investigation.
Arnott says he’s “appalled” by the conduct of the former employee and is confident he will be held accountable.
