Springfield Police say two people were injured in a wrong-way crash that briefly closed I-44 in Springfield.
The crash happened Wednesday night at I-44 and National Avenue, west of the Glenstone exit, when a truck was going westbound in the eastbound lane striking a pickup truck head-on.
Police say the drivers are hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
