High Winds Cause Destruction In Christian & Webster Counties

Storms with high winds moved through the Ozarks causing destruction in Webster and Christian County.

Seymour reported wind gusts of 71 miles per hour, which blew the roof off of a building on the Square in Seymour.

Rogersville reported sheds blown over, trailers blown off of their wheels, wind moving parked cars and quarter sized hail.

In Christian County, a tractor trailer was blown over blocking US 160.

A barn was destroyed, and trees were down on Highway K-K.

Part of the roof of a storage unit was peeled off at US 65 and Highway C-C.

A fence was torn down on West Kirkwood in Ozark.

There were also multiple power lines down in Ozark.
