Historic Jubilee Park in Springfield will get a makeover.
The city wants to make the park more accessible and user friendly.
Tim Rosenbury, Director of Quality of Place Initiatives, says the perimeter of the park will be opened up, several trees replaced, and other landscaping work done.
The project is expected to cost less than 5-thousand dollars. A start date for the project has not been set.
