93.3 KWTO Keeping Watch Over the Ozarks
A teenager has died after a drowning incident at the Lake of the Ozarks.
The Highway Patrol says 19-year-old Yolanda Munoz-Garcia of Kansas City, Kansas, was swimming in the Mouth of the Spring at Ha Ha Tonka State Park Saturday, when she began struggling and went under the surface.
A bystander pulled her ashore.
She was taken to a local hospital where she died on Monday.
