A man has been arrested for stabbing a woman over the weekend.
A probable cause statement says 35-year-old Michael Stone is facing two counts of first-degree domestic assault.
Stone and a woman were staying at a friend’s house.
The woman said she awoke to find her throat cut and Stone standing over her with a knife.
He was later arrested at a nearby hotel.
It is believed he may have had a schizophrenic episode.
He is currently in the Greene County Jail.
