Man Convicted of Camden County Murders Dies In Prison

A man convicted of murder in Camden County has died in prison.

The Missouri Department of Corrections says 61-year-old William Dyer died Saturday at the Jefferson City Correctional Center.

He was serving a life sentence for two counts of first-degree murder in Camden and Johnson Counties since 1978.
