Leleand Weeks II is charged with two counts of first degree, and seven counts of second degree promoting child pornography.

Investigators revealed in an interview that Weeks admitted to sending and receiving text messages containing child pornography.

Weeks, however, has pleaded not guilty to these charges at this time.
