Prosecutors in Springfield are charging a man with leading deputies on a high-speed chase on his motorcycle.
41-year-old Joshua Dickens is charged with resisting arrest after authorities attempted to pull him over in Springfield for driving the motorcycle without a license plate.
Deputies attempted the stop near Division and Kearney.
He fled, leading to a 50-mile chase that reached speeds of nearly 120 miles per hour.
The chase went into Lawrence County before coming back into Greene County.
It eventually ended after Dickens fell off the motorcycle on I-44 near mile marker 82.
He is being held in the Greene County Jail on a $25,000 bond.
