Man from Springfield Dies in Motorcycle Crash

A man from Springfield is dead after crashing his motorcycle into a fence north of the city.

Investigators say 38-year-old Kenneth Baker was riding along Farm Road 66 near Fellows Lake north of Springfield Sunday evening when he lost control, went off the road and his a fence.

When he hit the fence, the motorcycle flipped, causing serious injuries.

Baker was taken to an area hospital, where he later died of his injuries Sunday night.
