A man from Springfield will a history of sexual misconduct will spend several years on probation after pleading guilty to similar charges once again.
Investigators say 22-year-old Noah Stovall took a plea agreement on Monday, September 16, and was sentenced to five years in probation for three-counts of first-degree harassment.
He was prime suspect in up to five different cases of masturbating in front of women in public, including while following them in his vehicle, and another involving a former co-worker.
These charges and accusations began shortly after he turned 18 back in 2020.
The co-worker accused Stovall of sending her sexually-explicit photos, videos, and text messages that she did not ask for, nor did she want.
