A man has been sentenced to prison for causing a crash that killed three members of a family.

A judge sentenced 34-year-old Andrew Lynch to 30 years in prison for three counts of second-degree murder.

Court documents say Lynch has alcohol and meth in his system when he was driving reckless at the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds in August of 2019. Greene County Deputies were trying to pull him over, when he caused a crash at the intersection of Glenstone and Kearney that killed Jamin, Kimberly and Braeden Seabert.
