As the interest statewide continues to grow, the number of dispensaries has as well.

According to DHSS, there are now over 200 marijuana dispensaries in Missouri, with 12 located in the city of Springfield.

There are also more than 50 marijuana farms or growing facilities now in the state as well.

Officials in Missouri anticipate that $950 million could grow even more in 2024.
