The Republican leader of the Missouri Senate has removed several senators from their committee leadership positions.

Senate President Pro Tem Caleb Rowden accused several members of the Freedom Caucus of intentionally trying to destroy the Senate.

Senators Denny Hoskins, Rick Brattin, Andrew Koenig, and Bill Eigel were removed from their committee chairmanships and asked to give up their parking spots at the Capitol.

Eigel, who is running for Governor, says Jefferson City is ruled by a “uniparty cartel of special interests, RINO’s, and Democrats.”

Hoskins and Rowden are both running for Secretary of State in the 2024 GOP Primary.
