Missouri Supreme Court Overrules Motion To Withdraw Warrant Of Execution

The Missouri Supreme Court is overruling a motion to withdraw a warrant of execution for Marcellus Williams, who claims he didn’t commit the murder that landed him on death row.

He’s scheduled to be executed on September 24th, but a ruling to determine his innocence is scheduled to take place August 21st in St. Louis County
