A man who allegedly broke into a couple’s home while naked has pleaded guilty to burglary and sexual misconduct.
According to court records, 42-year-old Gene Ferguson changed his plea to guilty to sexual misconduct, attempted sodomy, and two counts of burglary.
A probable cause statement said Ferguson broke into a home in the Delaware neighborhood through an unlocked door in July of 2023.
He will be sentenced in July.
