Laclede County cut the ribbon on their new 9-1-1 Emergency Call Center Thursday.
It was originally to open in May but was delayed while they waited on some key components.
The total cost of the new center is $5.1 million dollars and paid for with A-R-P-A funds.
Laclede County Sheriff Dave Millsap says having all dispatchers in the same building will make quicker response times.
