For the second time in two days the Nixa Police Department investigated a bomb threat at a Nixa elementary school.

This time the threat was at Espy Elementary School.

A news release says Nixa Police evacuated the students, reunited them with their parents, set up a command center and performed a sweep of the school.

They found no suspicious devices.

The threat came through a suicide hotline for veterans and was made from the same I-P address as yesterday’s threat.

It turned out the I-P address had been spoofed.
