Opponents of President Trump’s administration are set to rally in hundreds of cities across the country on Saturday, including a “No Kings” event in downtown Springfield.
“No Kings” organizer Kary Stowe says it’s a peaceful event that will be held along with Ozarks Pridefest, which was already scheduled for the downtown area.
Both events are expected to bring in more than 5,000 people.
Local law enforcement will also have a presence to make sure things stay peaceful.
