Patrick Ransdell Officially Introduced as Next Athletic Director at Missouri State

At a press conference Friday morning, Patrick Ransdell introduced himself officially as the next Athletic Director at Missouri State University.

The conference was held at 10:00am Friday morning at the Plaster Student Union to a large and loud crowd, MSU cheerleaders, Sugar Bears, and an upbeat atmosphere.

During the press conference, Ransdell spoke on his excitement about the opportunity in front of him, and his plan for the future.

“We are going to win championships. Plural. Many, many championships,” he said when speaking on what he expects from the program in the future.

Ransdell also spoke on the importance of fundraising and community engagement, saying he and President Biff Williams, “are going to engage with this community like never before.”

He brings with him 20+ years of experience, including stops at Miami (Ohio), Central Florida, and Appalachian State most recently.
