The Branson music world and beyond are mourning the loss of beloved entertainer Shoji Tabuchi, who died Friday at the age of 79 following a battle with cancer.
Tabuchi, who began playing the violin when he was seven years old, fell in love with bluegrass music at an early age.
Tabuchi worked on stage with his wife, Dorothy, and his daughter, Christina, entertaining thousands with a family variety show known simply as the Shoji Tabuchi Show.
Tabuchi went into the National Fiddler Hall of Fame in 2020.
