Neighbors say Springfield’s homeless problem is to blame for a fire that fully engulfed a house in the 900 block of North Main on Wednesday.
Property owner and developer Royce Reding tells K-Y-3 this isn’t the first time the house has been broken into or caught fire.
He says it’s an ongoing problem with the homeless and squatters, drug issues, and theft problems. The home was destroyed in the fire. No one was hurt.
