Rogers Doctor Accused of Medicaid Fraud

An arrest warrant has been issued for a psychiatrist from Rogers, Arkansas who is suspected of Medicaid fraud.

Doctor Brian Hyatt is accused of using the highest billing procedure codes for patients but not providing the medical services.

Hyatt was the Director of Behavioral Health Unit at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale.

Court documents also show Hyatt is accused of being frequently absent from the office and spending little time with patients.
