A Springfield City Utilities crew left town early Monday morning, heading to Florida to help lineworkers in Orlando. The crew had just returned to Springfield Saturday after assisting in Hurricane Helene relief.
These people will be in place when Hurricane Milton hits the west coast of Florida, which is expected on Wednesday.
