A man in Springfield has been sentenced on child porn charges after pleading guilty in August of 2023.
Shaun Walker will serve 18 years in federal prison without parole, then 15 years of supervised release.
He also must register as a sex offender. Walker attempted to administer child pornography via the internet.
The accusations came after Walker gave his phone to the Kansas City National Security Campus in 2021 for a routine check.
