Three Ozarks Residents Charged in Meth Conspiracy

U.S. Attorney Teresa Moore has charged three Southwest Missouri residents in a federal indictment for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine.

Court documents show a total of six charges filed against 44-year-old Brian Hall, 28-year-old Jacqueline Bojorquez and 37-year-old Jeffrey Hughley.

Authorities conducted a search of Hall’s residence on April 28, 2022 and found seven pounds of meth, a 9mm handgun, packaged drug paraphernalia and nearly $57,000 in cash.

Shortly after conducted the search warrant, Bojorquez and Hughley arrived at the residence and were taken into custody. When police searched their vehicle, they found another 22 pounds of methamphetamine and a 9mm hangun.

The case against all three individuals will be prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Jessica Eatmon.
