A trial date has been set for one of three suspects in a 1989 Douglas County cold case.
Online court records show Bobby Lee Banks will stand trial in Wright County in August of 2025 for first-degree murder in the death of Kelle Ann Workman.
Banks, his brother Leonard, and Wiley Belt were arrested in connection with the cold case after an eyewitness came forward with information.
Workman went missing from her job as caretaker of a cemetery in 1989.
