Dallas County Deputies have arrested a man for failing to register as a sex offender.
The Dallas County Sheriff’s Office says deputies arrested 56-year-old Travis Tosh after being notified he was living at a recovery facility in Buffalo under an assumed name.
Tosh had been registered as a sex offender in Polk County in June of 2023.
He had been convicted of possession of child pornography in Jackson County in 2006.
He is being held in the Dallas County Jail.
