Vandalism in Springfield

Vandals hit several cars and homes in the 600 block of East University near Kimbrough Wednesday night.

Vandals broke glass in several homes and slashed car tires.

Police are asking residents in the area to review video from their security cameras to help identify vandals.

Some people reported that rocks were thrown through the windows of their homes.
