Warning for Fireworks in Dry Weather

The Missouri Division of Fire Safety is warning residents to be careful with fireworks because of dry conditions across the state.

The most recent drought monitor shows 93% of the state is dealing with drought.

Outdoor burning is also a concern. Chief Jordan Graham of the Central Hickory County Fire Department says people should delay outdoor burning until their area gets more moisture.
