UPDATE: Missing Teen from Nixa Found Safe

UPDATE:

19-year-old Kyle Burnett has been found safe. Authorities have not said where he was found, but say he disappeared from a care facility Monday morning in Springfield.

Authorities in Nixa are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing teenager.

Police say 19-year-old Kyle Burnett disappeared Monday morning, and was last seen walking south along North Heartland Avenue.

He was last seen wearing a red shirt, blue jeans, a cowboy hat and boots.

Officers say he is an at-risk individual due to mental health diagnoses. He reportedly also has made threats to himself recently.
