A soldier stationed at Fort Leonard Wood has been sentenced in federal court for transporting child pornography across state lines.
A Department of Justice news release says Gevoni Brown was sentenced to 12 years in federal prison without parole.
Brown was also sentenced to 10 years supervised release and ordered to pay 24-thousand dollars to his victims.
Brown admitted to exchanging explicit videos with a 15-year-old California girl.
