Woman from Marshfield Charged with Killing Her Boyfriend

A woman from Marshfield will be due in court next year for charges stemming from the death of her boyfriend.

Investigators say Madison Rueckert shot and killed Jonathan Miller on New Year’s Eve in 2022 after finding text message conversations with other women on his phone.

She is facing charges of first-degree murder in the case.

The case was originally going to take place in Webster County, but a change of venue was granted to Dallas County.

She is being held in the Dallas County Jail without bond and is scheduled to appear in court for her trial beginning September 30 of next year.
